Charles Casmey, the suspect of a East End murder that saw one man die and a woman allegedly badly beaten, will be returning to court on April 11th.
Casmey appeared in video court this morning, and had his next court date set. David Bruzzese, who is Casmey’s criminal lawyer, is hopeful he will have have more details regarding the case by the next court date.
Casmey is facing a murder charge and assault causing bodily harm. He will stay in custody.
None of the allegations have been proven in court.
