BRADLEY TOMECK IN TROUBLE AGAIN
A 26 year old BRADLEY MICHAEL TOMECK appeared handcuffed in Superior Assignment Court before Her Honour Justice Bonnie Warkentin this afternoon. He’s facing 4 serious criminal charges. Dangerous operation of motor vehicle, forcible confinement, assault with a weapon and threaten death/bodily harm.
His lawyer Christopher Watkins is present and so is Crown Attorney Andrew Sadler.
A pretrial date of April 10,2018 is set.
PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY OF TOMECK.
TOMECK was convicted of armed robbery, wearing a disguise and three firearms offences at the Superior Court of Justice on Mar 4,2012.
The robbery occurred around 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 19, 2011. Using a 12-guaged sawed-off shotgun, the suspect took a large bag filled with more than $3,000 in cash and fled on foot.
TOMECK was sentenced to 5 years in prison on July 16,2012.
