TUESDAY MARCH 27,2018 UPDATE
Trevor Beriault appears handcuffed in courtroom 102 before Judge Bode this morning. BERIAULT is approx 5’6” tall, stocky build, beard and head is shaved on sides with Mohawk type cut. Visible tattoos on back of neck and hands wearing a burgundy Nike Air Jordan long sleeve shirt and gray pants. His lawyer is Christopher Watkins.
The Crown is proceeding by indictment on all charges.
On August 28,2017, BERIAULT was arrested for allegedly possessing cocaine and oxycodone. He was also allegedly in breach of 1 previous bail recognizance order. One condition was not to operate a motor vehicle which he was allegedly doing. He was released on bail again.
On October 28,2017 he was arrested again allegedly with more drugs.
BERIAULT’S NEXT APPEARANCE IS APRIL 23,2018 in Superior Criminal Assignment Court. He will have trial by a Judge alone.

GOOD JOB BY THUNDER BAY POLICE GETTING THIS KILLER DRUG OFF THE STREET
On the 18th of October, 2017 the Thunder Bay Police Intelligence unit executed a controlled drug and substances act search warrant at a residence in the Municipality of Shuniah stemming from an investigation which had started in Thunder Bay.
As a result officers seized over a $123,000 in cash along an estimated $14,000 worth of cocaine and $63,000 worth of Fentanyl piils.
It should be noted that these pills are designed to look like oxycodone pills in order to maximize profits fo drug dealers.
Unfortunately with fentanyl it is really a game of Russian Roulette in regards to overdosing and dying for anyone who comes into contact with it whether it be the user, first responders or an innocent bystander.
Trevor BERIAULT 26 yrs of Shuniah faces numerous drug and breach of various court order charges he has been remanded into custody.
He was denied bail despite having a well to do surety.
His father is Guy Beriault, owner of ICEMASTER MANUFACTURING in Winnipeg. A world famous manufacturer of curling supplies.
