It’s W.A.S.H. (Weekend And Statutory Holiday) Court today. Her Worship, Jennifer Neill is presiding. Provincial Crown Gordon Fillmore is here along with Duty Counsel Joy Wakefield and Arturo Acosta.
Court hears that SUGGASHIE was arrested last night by contacting someone she’s not supposed to contact and for being under the influence of alcohol around her children.
SUGGASHIE got a probation order in September 2017 with conditions to stay away from her male victim and not be under influence of alcohol in presence of her children.
She has 2 more breach charges from February and now again last night. She’s being held in jail and will be flown to appear in Kenora Bail Court on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 10 am.
