AND HE SPED DOWN THE HIGHWAY AS THE MAN WITH NO NAME.
UNTIL THE COPS GOT HIM OUT OF THE CAR.
BUT IN THE JAIL, HE WOULDN’T SAY HIS NAME.

(Admit it, you sang along?????)

Last evening, the Nipigon OPP conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle. The driver refused to identify himself. He was arrested and charged with Obstruction of Police by willfully withholding his identity. He has no identification.

It’s W.A.S.H. (Weekend And Statutory Holiday) Court today, Sunday, April 8, 2018. His Worship, Marcel Donio is presiding. Provincial Crown Adriana Nigro is here along with Duty Counsel Lianne Roberge.

“Man with no name” is appearing via telephone and states to His Worship Donio “I HAVE NO NAME”
He further tells the court “Providing my identity would be a fraud”.

Duty Counsel informs the court that she advised “man with no name” that he is legally obligated to provide his name under the Highway Traffic Act. She also tells the court that Mr. No Name feels it is against his beliefs to identify.

Mr. NO NAME tells the court that he pays 800$ an hour to the Crown. There is no evidence provided of this.

Ironically, Crown Attorney Nigro will not consent to release someone whom cannot be identified.

No Name remains in custody as the Nipigon OPP attempt to identify him.

If the OPP want to send me a picture of “NO NAME” in an attempt to identify, I’d be happy to assist.
