Appearing in W.A.S.H. (Weekend and Statutory Holiday) court is Charissa Ratcliffe. Justice of the peace Bernard Caron, with assistant Crown Attorney Ashton Brown, and Duty Counsel James Lisowski.
Ratcliffe was wanted for allegedly possessing a stolen credit card from a local business, raking up a bill on the credit card, and for missing her court appearance on January 26th, 2018.
The assistant crown attorney is willing to consent to Ratcliffe’s release on her own undertaking, with conditions of:
Notify Thunder Bay Police Service of her address within 24 hours of release.
Notify Thunder Bay Police Service of any change to her address within 24 hours of the change.
Report to Thunder Bay Police Service once a week by telephone between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
She is not to have any contact/communication with the complainant.
She is not to possess any bank card that are not in her name.
Charissa Ratcliffe is released on her own undertaking and handed out a future court date of Friday April 27th.
