Appearing handcuffed this afternoon, Tuesday, April 17, 2018, in Bail Hearing Courtroom 103 before Justice of Peace Thomas McKeough is 22-year old KIMBERLY TROUT. She’s about 5’4” and a bit chubby. She’s wearing black spandex type pants and an acid wash denim jacket that is too small.

Trout was arrested on April 7, 2018. TROUT is originally from the Lac Seul Indian Reserve #28

TROUT is alleged to have been involved in a violent robbery on October 1, 2017, in the 500 block of James Street North. It’s alleged that 3 people beat and kicked a single male while Trout stole the victim’s backpack. It’s alleged that the whole incident was captured on surveillance video.

The victim, an indigenous male suffered serious injuries including brain bleeding. The victim spent a lengthy time in ICU at the hospital.

TROUT is being released on a 500$ no deposit bail to go stay at the John Howard Society in the Bail Supervision program.

She’s on a curfew and must not contact her alleged victim or her 3 co-accused in the crime.

The Director of Communications & Technology for TBPS has not announced this arrest yet. It seems that he might prefer to do media releases when it suits his needs or perhaps his friends at the CBC. He used to make CBC taxpayer money before he started getting his almost 130 000$ taxpayer dollars at TBPS.

A Communication Director that rarely communicates. Ya……Thunder Bay has one of those.

NO OTHER LOCAL MEDIA IS PRESENT.
