On Monday, April 16, 2018, at approximately 7:30 pm, officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of a possible break and enter in progress at a seasonal residence along Highway 11/17, Dawson Road Lots Township.
Upon officers’ arrival at the residence, they observed that a window at the rear of the residence had been smashed.
The owner of the residence attended and once officers entered the residence, they located a male inside the residence hiding in the basement.
Thomas DOLPH-CSUK, 23 years of age, from Thunder Bay was arrested and charged with Break and Enter a Dwelling House with Intent to Commit Indictable Offence contrary to section 348(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
He was held in custody for a video court appearance and remanded to the Thunder Bay District Jail.
