(Thunder Bay, ON) – Three terms at-large city councillor Larry Hebert announced he will be running for Mayor.
70-year-old Hebert used to be the Head of Thunder Bay Hydro and has volunteered in various roles in the sports community. Hebert was involved in bringing the World Junior Baseball Championship to Thunder Bay for 2010, and last years U18 Baseball World Cup.
Hebert is on the ballot along with Iain Angus, another city councillor, and Jim Gamble. Gamble was convicted of criminal harassment after his last failed attempt at a run for mayor.
