NO LONGER WANTED…..FOR NOW. THE POLICE CATCH ANOTHER WANTED WEDNESDAY PERPETRATOR AND THE COURTS RELEASE ANOTHER ONE.
A 44-year-old TODD LOUIS HEBERT appeared by video in W.A.S.H. (Weekend And Statutory Holiday) Court today, Saturday, May 5, 2018, from the Thunder Bay Police Service Balmoral Station.
Her Worship, Denette Maslach is presiding. Provincial Katrina Van Kissel is here along with Duty Counsel Lianne Roberge.
The court hears that HEBERT was arrested last evening on a warrant for failing to appear in court.
Also heard are allegations of assault with a weapon. HEBERT and another man Ronald Johnson went to the Shoreline Hotel on April 25, 2017, to confront a man about a bank card. HEBERT allegedly struck the man with his fists while Johnson swung a baseball bat. The man was able to escape and acquire medical attention.
HEBERT agrees to attend his next court date of May 29,2018, as well as keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He’s released on an undertaking.
