(THUNDER BAY, ON) – A suspected overdose occurred at a north end residence late this afternoon, shortly after 3:30 pm.
Two Thunder Bay Fire Rescue fire trucks, a Superior North EMS ambulance, and 2 Thunder Bay Police Service cruisers responded to the scene of the non-responsive individual.
A witness on the scene informed TRCCTB.COM that the house in the 200 block of Picton, where this situation occurred, is a well known drug house, with heavy foot traffic in and out. The anonymous tipster told us that the house has had at least seven overdoses in recent memory.
The witness further told us that a lifeless body was removed from the home on a stretcher, and appeared pale and motionless.
