His Worship, Bernard Caron is presiding. Provincial Crown Sarah Munsch is here along with Duty Counsel Andrew Desmoulin.

SUGARHEAD was arrested again yesterday for allegedly being intoxicated at the Jeremiah McKay Hostel located at Meno Ya Win Way. He’s charged with breach of probation again for consuming alcohol. He was also arrested last week in Sioux Lookout for similar circumstances.

SUGARHEAD was ordered by Justice of the Peace Daisy Hoppe to leave Sioux Lookout by May 7,2018 and return home to the Kingfisher Lake 1 Indian Reserve. He was released on undertaking.

SUGARHEAD is being released again today on a 200$ no deposit recognizance.

The court hears that SUGARHEAD missed his flight yesterday and earlier this week back to Kingfisher. He will need to contact his band office to book him yet another flight.

His Worship Caron orders SUGARHEAD out of Sioux Lookout by Friday May 18,2018.

SUGARHEAD is ordered to stay away from the hostel. He has to report to NAPS within 24 hours of arrival in Kingfisher and every Friday after. He’s ordered not to consume alcohol.

Duty Counsel Desmoulin informs the court that Kingfisher is a dry Indian Reserve and that means alcohol is prohibited in the community.

His next court appearance is July 24,2018 in Kingfisher.
