(THUNDER BAY, ON) – Gas prices soared today, with a jump of up to 5 cents throughout the day in some locations.
This morning gas prices were around the $1.39 area, varying from station to station, and brand to brand. By late this afternoon prices have soared across the city to $1.44 to $1.49 at varying locations.
Esso at the corner of Dawson and Mapleward is the most expensive, reported on GasBuddy.com at $1.499. All other gas stations in town are around the $1.44 to $1.47 price range. With the Real Canadian Superstore Gas Bar still reported at $1.37.
