(THUNDER BAY, ONT) – A REAL Concerned Citizen who is a parent of a student at St Patrick’s high school has reached out to us regarding a situation.
The parent, who wishes to remain anonymous so their child doesn’t get bullied, has claimed that there was a written threat in a bathroom stall at the school, which involved guns and a shooting.
They further told us that when they confronted the Principal about this alleged written threat, that the Principal told them they would be looking into it, and if it was credible, a formal announcement would be made.
The parent told TRCCTB.COM that they are not taking any risks, and will be keeping their kid home until the school gives them a more sturdy response, and makes them feel safe allowing their kid to attend that school.
This information has been sent to us from multiple parents of children at that school, this is no secret. If anyone has any information regarding who wrote the threat in the bathroom, please contact the Thunder Bay Police Service at 807-684-1200
