(THUNDER BAY, ONT) -Appearing in courtroom 104 today by video from the Thunder Bay Police Service Station is 20-year old Talon Firebird. Her Worship Justice of the Peace Jennifer Anne Neill, with Provincial Crown Pasloski, P, and two duty counsel representatives Arturo Acosta and Mary Lynn Thompson.
Firebird is sluggish and appears to have just woken up his hair is a mess his answers are short and simple.
Firebird is facing charges stemming from a June 16th incident of:
- Assaulting Police
The Crown indicates that this is a Crown onus situation. Furthermore, the Crown is willing to consent to Firebirds release, only on the following conditions.
- He attends court as required
- Not to attend a North Side address except for 1 time accompanied by an Officer of the Law to obtain his personal items
The Crown requests for Firebird to return to court for an appearance on July 3rd, 2018, in Thunder Bay.
