The Tariffs came into effect July 1st to reflect the extra tax that the US added onto our steel and aluminum industries.

Trump has set in place billions of dollars in Tarrifs targeting China, Canada, Mexico and Europe. Canada has struck back ย implementing retaliation tarrifs until Washington backs down.

A reliable source says that if youโ€™re gone more than 24 hours you can still bring back $200, and $800 if you are gone for 48 hours without the surtax being charged.ย Day trippers will be paying more.

Our source witnessed lots of parcels being opened by the border police to make sure all the items were approved under the new tarrifs.
