  1. I witnessed this.
There was actually a 3rd vehicle that left the scene.
The black 4 door car swerved when the 2 other vehicles connected, and he went up on the center meridian and almost went into oncoming traffic.
He didn’t slow down after realizing he has 2 wheels on the centre curb.
He corrected himself and continued on down the hiway.

  2. From what it looked like, the grey car tried to go straight through the intersection.
The red van got the advanced green to make the left.
The grey car, not paying attention, went on the red, thinking the van was going straight (even though the van had its left blinker on) and the two connected right in the kisser.
The black car, did the maneuver i wrote above, and fled the scene.

The driver of the red van immediately stopped, got out and ran over to the grey car to check on their well being of the occupants.
He didn’t even look at his front end. He just ran over to their car to check on them.
2 other people ran over to the grey car as well.
The male Samaritan helped pull out the passenger of the grey car.
Then the light turned green for the hi-way and we had to leave.
