(THUNDER BAY, ON) – Appearing in courtroom 104 this morning was 22-year-old Kyle Barry, 32-year-old Bradley Perrault and 31-year-old Amelia Sainnawap.
The trio have been charged with the serious incident that took place yesterday morning near Yes! Employment.
All three have been charged with:
- Assault Causing Bodily Harm
Barry was further charged with:
- Obstruct Police
The crown is opposed to their release, and notes that as of her last update from the hospital, the victim is still unconscious from the attack. The victims identity is still unknown at this time.
All three accused have a violent history.
All three have been remanded into custody, with Barry and Perrault remanded to Tuesday, while sainnawap has her next appearance tomorrow

Police have charged three people connected to an assault investigation in the area of Waterford Street on Aug. 1, 2018.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers responding to a disturbance call found an injured person who appeared to be the victim of an assault in the 1100-block of Waterford Street just after 8:30 a.m. The victim was taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries.
Officers then located and arrested three suspects in the vicinity.
Police have charged Kyle Barry, 22, Bradley Perrault, 32, and Amelia Sainnawap, 31, all of Thunder Bay, with Assault Causing Bodily Harm. Barry has also been charged with Obstruct Peace Officer.
All three have been remanded into custody pending future court appearance.
