(THUNDER BAY, ON) – Appearing in courtroom 104 of the Thunder Bay Courthouse by video from the Thunder Bay Police Service station is Kevin Mason.
Justice of the Peace Michael Barnes is presiding, along with Sarah Munch as Crown Attorney, and Duty Council lawyer Brennan Sacevich.
Mason is facing a number of charges, such as:
- Possession of break-in instruments while disguised
- Forcible entry
- Criminal Harassment
- Theft under $5000
- Failure to comply with probation
- Assault with a weapon
Details of what exactly happened were unavailable at the time of this publishing.
The crown was opposed to his release, and a future bail hearing was scheduled.
Mason was remanded into custody.
