KNIFE POINT ROBBERY AGAIN: EDWARD ST MAC’S

(THUNDER BAY, ON) – The Thunder Bay Police Service are asking for assistance to identify a male responsible for a robbery at the Mac’s Convenience Store located on North Edward Street on September 17, 2018.

At approximately 10:40 p.m. a male entered the store with his face covered and holding a knife while demanding money and cigarettes.

He left the store with both items. No one was injured in this incident.

The suspect is identified as an Indigenous male who is 6’2″ tall with a heavy build.

He was wearing a black toque with a team Canada logo and two grey stripes, a white ¼ zip sweatshirt with grey stripes on the bicep, jeans and blue athletic shoes with yellow stripes.

This is the fourth robbery in recent history at this Mac’s location.

  1. Must have heard it was an easy hit. I feel bad for the employee who was working, probably thought it was over after they got the first dummy who robbed them. 😡
