Hit and Run: Kip Hallow

His death appears to have been a hit and run where the driver of a red or maroon coloured sedan failed to remain at the scene which was on Vickers Street North and Weigand Avenue.

Kip was 20 years old at the time of his tragic death

  1. One can only hope the guy or girl that hit this guy has had a guilt ridden life and suffered immeasurably. This is one BIG deal to keep hidden in the closet all of these years and to go through life like nothing ever happened.

  2. 33 years ago that car would be a classic now. Somebody knows info on this crime probably too scared to come forward. Shame on you! My condolences to the family. Sorry.
