The postal strike is over locally, mail will continue today.
This morning the temperature will be about 5 degrees with rain expected to start falling around 8:20 am. Winds steady at 15 km/h with gusts hitting 25 km/h.
Warming up a bit this afternoon with temps rising to 8 degrees. It’s expected to be cloudy with rain. Winds continuing at 13 km/h and gusts hitting 23 km/h.
The rain will stop this evening, but we will still be contending with partly cloudy skies. The temperature will be around 6 degrees but with the wind will feel more like 4 degrees. Winds blowing at 10 km/h and gusts hitting 17 km/h.
Gas prices haven’t changed much since yesterday.
THP in Fort William First Nation is still the best deal in the area at $1.13.
In the city, the Mac’s on Hodder and the Esso on Junot and Red River have the best price in town at $1.396
The highest price in town remains the three Shells on Red River Road at $1.456.
