The man was last seen carrying the puppies in a duffel bag on the south side of town on October 29th, according to the OSPCA.

The Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has expressed concern regarding the puppies welfare and proper care. These animals are enduring hardship living like this.

The OSPCA believes the dogs are a Bulldog Mix and are too young to be away from their mother. Puppies should be with their mothers for at least 8 weeks, according to the OSPCA.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male in his 30’s (we believe early 30’s). The OSPCA would like to speak with the male and find out where Biagg…. I mean where the males puppies and mother are located.

Phone the OSPCA at 310-7722 immediately if you know any information about biagg…. I mean the male suspect.

If you wish to remain anonymous, you can also reach out to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or via their website at https://www.p3tips.com/273

  1. If I find the Clown, I’ll bring him to the proper authorities IN the duffel bag after I drop him down a few flights of stairs.

  2. Heard on the CBC news that the OSCPA is looking for information on who and where.
Figured with everyone on the net knowing who it was selling the puppies, that the OSPCA would know who they are looking for already.
