(THUNDER BAY, ON) – 31-year-old Jack William Robinson has appeared in a Thunder Bay bail court this morning stemming from an incident that happened yesterday.
Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Anna Gibbons was presiding along with Crown Attorney Andrew Sadler and a duty counsel lawyer.
Robinson is facing the following criminal charges:
- Operate motor vehicle with over 80mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood.
- Fail to comply with probation (keep the peace and be of good behaviour)
- Impaired operation of a motor vehicle
The Justice of the Peace indicates to the court that Robinson already has an impaired driving related charge going through the courts.
The Crown states that this was a serious incident which involved a single vehicle crash where it rolled several times.
It is suggested that Robinson be released on conditions that prohibit him from being behind the wheel of a motor vehicle, and to abstain from alcohol.
Robinson is ordered released and has his matters put to the same date as his existing trial judgement date of December 6th.
