(THUNDER BAY, ON) โ€“ย A residence in the East End area has had their door breached by the Ontario Provincial Police, according to our sources.

Initial information tells that police came in and shut down the well-known drug-trafficking house on Pacific Ave.

Sources indicate that cracked cocaine and โ€œdownโ€, which could be heroin, fentanyl, etc, was being trafficked out of the residence by not only the homeowners but, you guessed it, southern Ontario gang members.

Police rushed the house from all angles and had guns drawn at several windows, according to a nearby witness. They came in like a wrecking ball, with approximately 9-10 police cruisers, and numerous heavily armed officers.

We are told to expect at least a gang member or two to be involved in the bust, asย well as the homeowners. Inside sources tell us that the homeowners are locals who have been working for the southern Ontario gangs, pushing their drugs to Thunder Bay addicts.

A witness has confirmed with us that a male was arrested, who is extremely likely to be a black southern Ontario gang member.

The raidย on the home was said to have happened approximately an hour ago, around 8:30 pm or so.

We are not sure if this was related to the gang shooting that resulted in Geoff Corbeilโ€™s death yesterday.
