(THUNDER BAY, ON) – A major north side power outage has left much of Port Arthur in shambles.
A hydro pole has been involved in a collision with a transport that seems to have brought the pole down to the ground.
There are a number of ongoing power outages throughout the north end at the moment and one impacting Fort William First Nation.
There is no reliable estimated time for power to return at this moment.
We will be monitoring the storm and keeping everyone up to date on what’s going on in town.
We took a couple photos from Hillcrest Park that shows the city in darkness, other than vehicles headlights.
