(THUNDER BAY, ON) – MAN WANTED ON ARREST WARRANT FOR HITTING AND BITING WOMAN CAUGHT BY TBPS
DEPLOYED A FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN VICTIM’S BEDROOM.
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS AT TBPS NEVER TOLD PUBLIC ABOUT THIS WANTED INDIVIDUAL.
Appearing this morning, Monday February 4,2019 by video to Bail Courtroom 104 from the TBPS Station is 41 year old JESSE GEORGE FOSTY
Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Zelda Kitchekeesic is presiding. Provincial Crown Attorney Andrea Mason is here along with Duty Counsel.
FOSTY was arrested by TBPS on an outstanding arrest warrant date from November 28,2018 when police were called to an address near the Fort William Gardens about a man who had assaulted a woman in her home. Police arrived to find victim with swollen face after allegedly being punched by FOSTY and punctured skin on right forearm from where he bit her. Also observed was a fire extinguisher which had been used to spray all over the woman’s bedroom.
THERE WAS NO FIRE.
He was sentenced on September 24,2018 on other criminal matters and received probation.
FOSTY had already left the scene. Police issue arrest warrant. Director of Communications at TBPS does his usual nothing.
FOSTY is charged with breach of probation, mischief and assault.
FOSTY has a lengthy criminal history with several convictions for failing to attend court and failing to comply with court orders.
The Crown is not consenting to his release.
FOSTY will go to the Thunder Bay Jail and appear by video from there for his next court appearance.
Another good job by TBPS Officers and another crappy job by the former ad salesman.
