    1. This is so discussing and disheartening My prayers go out to the victim, for a healthy recovery and be able to get past this.
The 30 year old attacker needs to be put in prison. As you see the lawyer is trying to get him out of jail. Nobody should be put back out on our streets without serving the consequences for what theyโ€™ve done We need stronger and longer sentences for things to change this is totally disgusting what people get away with

    2. It is illegal to carry any form of weaponized pepper spray here in Ontario, at least, likely all of Canada as well.
Carrying a canister of “Pepper Spray” could be classified as an indictable offense…

Bear spray is widely used daily as protection for hunters, fishermen, outdoorsmen, etc. etc.
If I remember correctly it is 3x stronger, at least compared to conventional pepper spray utilized by authority groups such as the OPP.

If you live in a wild area, or you enjoy frequenting any wild areas… It is always best to be prepared.
Carry your “Bear Spray” at your side with the implemented safety ties properly secured around the nozzle.

Most units come as a belt side unit. Safety tie in place until needed.

You want to utilize and prepare your “Bat Belt.”

  1. Hopefully this a*****e will get some jail time – what a pathetic individual! Parents must be proud.

  2. Someone should teach this young punk a lesson! What kind of special degenerate beats on a senior citizen?! I say leave him locked up and maybe someone on the inside can teach him a lesson or two.

  3. Time to adopt Singapore type punishment, which really does work. I’m talking about caning. Second offenders are virtually unheard of.

  4. This synonym based โ€˜caucasianโ€™ male should get attempted murder charges. If the elderly man died of a heart-attack or hypothermia, then charges could have elevated to second-degree murder charges. Rot in jail, you coward. And, if you get the help you need while behind bars for your addiction, find the time to write the elderly man a long apology. When you get out and perhaps have made something better of yourself, why donโ€™t you take a shovel and go shovel for some elderly peopleโ€™s property for free? Right now, youโ€™re a smudge of poop caught in the tread of my workboot!

  5. This is the icing on the cake for tbay. Thanks for the great reporting or tbay again would be left out of the loop. If things were not bad enough this animal pulls a stunt like this. The Courts must make a example of this low life animal in the courts to deter this sort of act from ever goung on again. My prayers go out to this poor man and his family. After this he will be so scared and for this to happen at his house is just disgusting

  6. This piece of s**t needs to be beaten every day for the rest of his life. This scum does not belong on this earth. Hopefully he gets all his teeth knocked out in jail. And his jaw broken. I cannot believe what a coward this low life is. Bet he thinks he is tough. The person he beat up is one of the nicest man I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. And don’t blame it on drugs!! He’s just an angry little ginger that need to be taught a lesson. Hopefully he never gets out!! If he does I’m sure there are lots of people that would like to have a talk with him.

  7. What kind of piece of s*#t beats up a senior for no reason? Friggen waste of skin. Hope he gets a 70 year old judge that throws the book at him. The guys in jail will love to โ€œ get acquainted โ€œ with him.

    1. There are no harsh sentences, I think our judges believe that street rehabilitation works. He will prob stay in jail until his sentence then get time served. No consequences for your actions. Look at how many people here are repeat offenders, itโ€™s a disgrace to our judiciary system. Thatโ€™s why it keeps happening. We need privatized jails like the states. All of us honest citizens safety is in jeopardy. Supposed to protect us, I donโ€™t feel protected

  8. Too bad that this punk didn’t try to pick a fight with my 75 year old husband who still works out at the gym every day and was in the RCMP for 30 years. This kid would have got a serious ass kicking

  9. Everyone should look at the details first.

Why is he charged with, “Aggravated Assault.” Why only, “Mischief” after attempting to Break and Enter after that…
Did the 62 year old know him or aggravate the assault?

Were the people next door known to him? Where he committed an alleged, “Break and Enter” but was only charged with mischief?

    Something ain’t right here.
