But he’s got numerous convictions for dealing drugs. That’s what he does. He’s been busy pushing his poison Fentanyl on people in Thunder Bay.

His last prison sentence was 4 years for getting busted with almost 20 000$ of crack cocaine in Windsor, Ontario.

Another good job by TBPS Officers.

Another crappy job by the Director of Communications at TBPS.

The Director of Communications at TBPS refused to name the 3rd person charged and also refused to show the public a picture of DAVID LYNCH. We really need a new Director of Communications at TBPS.

LYNCH and PUSEY rush out the doors of courthouse to an awaiting taxi.

As usual, no local taxpayer subsidized media is present.

  1. We don’t need a director of communications….fire him and add another actual police officer to the drug squad. There is no will to do such a thing within the management of the force. His job is a police welfare job. The public must bring pressure to bear on Hauth to eliminate this useless position. You the taxpayers are paying for this welfare position.

  2. What is no deposit bail? Thx

Have you thought about creating a legal terms and definitions page? Would be very handy.

    1. No deposit bail is the amount of money that does not have to be paid when released, it is only collected if the person breaches their bail. It’s like an “IOU if I breach” promise.

  3. The judicial system is supposed to keep the public safe, FAIL , why is the best interest of the criminal? Why not break the law here? No consequences. I feel bad for the hard working police force. They put there lives in jeopardy everyday and for what? It’s insulting to our police force. Just let them go, the judicial system does!

  4. NOW WE ALL KNOW WHAT HE LOOKS LIKE AND WHERE HE LIVES ,, MAYBE EVERYONE SHOW UP AND PISS ON THE SCUMBAGGS FRONT LAWN EVERYDAY FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE WILL HELP KEEP HIM FROM REOFFFENDING??? AND REMOVE THE FAILED ,, MAYBE PAID OFF ?? JUDGE
