(THUNDER BAY, BAY) – Appearing this morning, Wednesday February 27,2019 via video from the Thunder Bay Police Station in Bail Courtroom 104 is 31 year old WILLIAM JIMOH.
JIMOH is a black man who appears to be of average size.
There is Justice of the Peace present. Crown Attorney Gordon Fillmore is present along with Duty Counsel.
JIMOH was arrested by Thunder Bay Police last evening for an alleged assault with a weapon.
Court hears allegations that JIMOH was in an apartment in a building on the 200 block of Pacific Avenue and became upset with his neighbour’s music. It’s further alleged that he took an aerosol can and lighter and went to knock on his neighbour’s door. When the neighbour answered, it’s alleged he ignited the atomized combustible spray and pointed it at the neighbour burning the arm of neighbour.
Crown Attorney Fillmore agrees to release JIMOH on a 300$ no deposit recognizance with conditions. Stay away from the victim. JIMOH will have to live elsewhere. He’s also ordered not to possess any weapons or incendiary devices. His next court appearance is March 19,2019.
