MAN WHO PREVIOUSLY BROKE INTO POLICE OFFICER’S HOME ARRESTED AGAIN BY THUNDER BAY POLICE SERVICE.

Appearing this morning, Saturday March 2, 2019 via video from the Thunder Bay Police Station in Bail Courtroom 104 is convicted criminal 23 year old TRAVIS BRYSON TESSIER.

As per usual practice, the Director of Communications is not working as hard as the real police officers. No notification to public.

It’s W.A.S.H. (Weekend And Statutory Holiday) Court today. Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Anna Gibbon is presiding. Provincial Crown Derrick Silvestro is here along with Defence Attorney Michael Hargadon’s assistant Elisa Coates.

TESSIER was arrested again last evening by TBPS for allegedly possessing ammunition when he’s under 2 different orders not to possess weapons or ammunition. One is dated February 3,2015 & the other is August 18,2017.

TESSIER was out on recognizance for uttering threats and breach of probation.

It’s a reverse onus situation and the Crown is not consenting to his release.

TESSIER will appear in Courtroom 102 on Friday ,March 8, 2019.

TESSIER is acquiring a lengthy criminal record.

PREVIOUSLY BROKE INTO A POLICE OFFICER’S HOME.

On April 18, 2017 Thunder Bay Police charged TRAVIS TESSIER with several offences after an off duty police officer at a north side residence was surprised to find TESSIER inside his home early in the morning.

The homeowner/police officer had just returned from dropping his child off at school. He surprised TESSIER inside of the home and restrained him before on-duty police were called.

Thunder Bay Police arrived at the home on the 200 block of Shuniah Street for a report of a break and enter at approximately 9 a.m.

Kudos to the Thunder Bay Police for their strong response.

Travis Tessier faced charges of breaking and entering, resisting arrest, and possession of property obtained by crime.

Tessier had property from other homes that were broken into. He was sentenced on August 18, 20171.

  1. This is what jams up the courts. Obviously hasn’t or never will learn a lesson. Courts failed the public again. He is acquiring a lengthy criminal record and our courts will allow it to get even lengthier.

    1. Ya but wait.. what if he says he’s learned his lesson and will be a good boy from now on ?

  2. The cop whose home was broken into was far too easy on this punk. He should have crippled this jerk for life.

  3. No skills, no talent, no future. Twenty-three years old and the only thing this guy seems to be good at is being a loser. And they seem to be the only ones that don’t realize it.
