Alcohol and Drug Fueled Rage Lands Woman Behind Bars

(THUNDER BAY, ON) โ€“ย GREENSTONE WOMAN ALLEGEDLY ON DRUG FUELLED RAGE THREATENS TO KILL MAN WITH KNIFE.

Appearing in Bail Courtroom 104 this morning Monday March 11,2019 by video from Greenstone OPP Station is 38 year old KRISTIN DAWN GAGNON, from Ginoogaming First Nation Indian Reserve.

OPP arrested GAGNON last night on Ginoogaming for allegedly damaging a bedroom door in a residence as well as destroying several kitchen items. She allegedly threatened to kill the homeowner with a knife. Itโ€™s further alleged that she was high on alcohol and drugs.

Sheโ€™s facing 3 criminal charges

  • Assault with a weapon
  • Utter threats to cause death
  • Mischief

GAGNON is wearing a pink low cut shirt and has been chewing her fingernails through the whole proceeding.

GAGNON is being released on an undertaking to a justice.

Sheโ€™s ordered to

  • reside at a home in the 100 block of Spruce Street.
  • no weapons, drugs or alcohol
  • stay away from a home on the 100 block of Poplar Crescent.

Her next court date is May 7 in Geraldton.
