  1. Maybe the housing authority or landlord whomever are responsible should be watching vacant apartments. This is getting damn well sickening and is there no one who can take care of this problem here in Thunder Bay. Call in the National Guard and let them have target practise. Ship all the druggies by bus down east. We don’t need this crap going on. Maybe people should start being more aware and if it is your family (druggies) start being responsible for them. As for the losers coming from down east is everyone afraid of them? Stop them at the airport in Toronto and have highway checks on the highways going in and out of Thunder Bay. They won’t be coming from the states.
