  1. There’s nothing we wouldn’t do to eradicate cancer – seems like this kind of creature is just another form.

    1. He sure did June 16, 2001. I was exceptionally close to the guy he murdered. Still don’t understand how he got such minimal time.

    2. He sure did. Saturday, June 16, 2001. I was exceptionally close to the person Neil murdered. To this day I still don’t understand how he received such minimal jail time. He gets to walk free & live his life while our guy is in the ground. So many of us has had to and still suffer through that loss.

  2. no surprise these people were raised like animals so they act like animals. Disgusting is our judicial system. Why is he even out of prison.

    1. Manslaughter 5 years less a day plus 1/3 enhanced time for incarceration time means a sentence of like 4-1/2 years. They claim this was a heat of the moment attack. I say bullshit! May have not been premeditated in a planning state but I’m sure he said to someone (like his sister) β€˜I’m going to kill him’. To me, that’s a definite 2nd degree murder charge. I’m sure the courts didn’t want to stir the β€˜race’ game and therefore allowed the minimal sentence. Shame on judicial representatives back then.

  3. Over time the system has gotten weaker, it protects criminals rights, before the victims, as we speak a good majority of the offenders charged with Murder or human trafficking are on bail, and that’s just a few of the offenses I’ve listed, the court order publication bans when granting bail to ensure the public is not aware, without public knowledge the confidence in the adminstration of justice is not put into disrepute, knowing the criminal element I myself see on a daily basis the actions of people and I ask them if there scared of repercussions, there reply is the jails full it’s a free for all, I say that’s messed up, the courts do need to inform the public to ensure adequate safety measures can be taken to ensure we don’t fall prey to these violent punks…
