  1. How can the public donate? I would donate to catch the culprit or culprits behind this. Only on the condition if they are minors they would be tried, and if convicted, sentenced as adults and have to serve full sentence in an adult prison and not get the usual tiny slap the Judges give. I don’t mean in protective custody either.. General public!! There is so much talk about the last kid arrested on the streets that he had his buddies continue the threats to make it look like it wasn’t him. I know it’s just street talk but it also makes sense. Anyways, if there is any way the public can chip in let us know. Let’s get the Panty Waste that keeps doing this. Let Bubba give him some loving in prison. Their names should be published as well with the conviction. Anyone threatening a human life or many lives week after week should have a name for the public to know. No matter what age. Obviously they are only 2 years old in the brain. Just my 2 cents
