(THUNDER BAY, ON) – A REAL Concerned Citizen reached out to us this morning to inform the public about a hazard.
A city bus shelter near the corner of Red River and Algonquin has been damaged. As a result, there is lots of broken pieces of glass on the ground.
This situation presents a safety hazard to anyone who uses the bus stop, along with children and others who may be walking by. Be advised.
The cause of the damage is not yet determined but it will be safe to speculate in the comments. One thing we know is that it wasn’t caused by someone having a diabetic attack.
The city has been informed and will be sorting out the mess as soon as possible.
Anyone that sees any other bus shelters damaged or anything of concern in the neighbourhood is asked to email photos and as much information to us as soon as possible. firstname.lastname@example.org
