(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a local male for a break and enter.
At approximately 4:00 pm on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 police were notified of a break and enter in progress at a vacant business on Lakeview Drive in Kenora.
Police attended the business and determined the suspect had forced entry into the building.
The male was located inside the building and arrested at the scene for break and enter.
As a result of this investigation, 35 year old Justin DESAUTEL from Kenora has been charged with:
- Break and Enter a place with intent to commit an indictable offence under the Criminal Code (CC).
He is to appear in Kenora Court on September 12, 2019 to answer to the charge.
