  • Curfew of 7pm to 7am unless out with his mother, who is his surety.
  • No contact with his co-accused.
  • Not to attend Westgate High School.

It was determined that the male youth is not a student at the school. The female youth was charged with:

  • Break and enter then commit theft.
  • Breaching bail conditions (not to contact 3 people, one being the co-accused).

The Crown opposed to the release of the female youth on secondary grounds. Secondary grounds indicates there is a concern that the youth may either re-offend or become a public safety issue. The female accused has two separate matters already working themselves through court. The dates of those incidents are:

  • June 5th, 2019.
  • May 29th, 2019.

A law student is present and is speaking as agent for defense lawyer Ryan Green. He indicates to the court that the parents of the female accused do not want to take her today, but asks for a remand to Thursday in which they will show up. The female is ordered to remain in jail until at least Thursday, where she will have another chance at getting released from jail.
