An investigation led officers to a specific unit within the residence. Police continued to investigate and eventually located the apartment unit and occupants believed to be involved in the original disturbance.

While police were speaking with the tenants they noticed a bag containing what was believed to be a controlled substance.

As a result a male was arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Officers also located a sum of Canadian currency and two loaded handguns with suspected prohibited magazines.

In the afternoon hours of Tuesday, Sept. 17 officers with the serviceโ€™s Intelligence Unit executed a search warrant on the residence and found a quantity of a substance believed to be cocaine.โ€

Agostino also has existing outstanding criminal charges stemming from a May 30th incident where he was charged with assault and mischief. Bruzzesse requested the matter return to court on Friday. Agostino was ordered to remain in jail until at least his next court date.
