Hydromorphone and Methamphetamine Drug Bust Arrest

(KENORA, ON) – Two familiar faces today for the readers with REAL Concerns from the Kenora area. 30-year-old Harley Mcleod and 27-year-old Kaitlynn Burke, both from Kenora, wound up getting arrested by police and held overnight for this mornings bail court appearance.

His Worship, Justice of the Peace Marcel Donio was presiding. Derrick Silvestro was Crown Attorney for bail court this morning and a representative from duty counsel was present.

Mcleod is facing the following criminal charges after police investigation resulted in him being arrested:

  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking (Hydromorphone).
  • Possession for the purpose of trafficking (Methamphetamine).
  • Possession of proceeds of crime under $5000.
  • Breaching bail conditions (reside with his sister).
  • Breaching bail conditions (not to contact or communicate with Kaitlynn Burke).
  • Breaching bail conditions (not to possess or consume unlawful drugs).
  • Breaching bail conditions (no weapons).

Mcleod (main photo) is still working his way through some previous criminal charges, which are still before the courts. Those charges are:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking- Other Drugs under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) X 2
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
  • Trafficking in Schedule 1 Substance- Methamphetamines (Crystal Meth) (CDSA)

Kaitlynn Burke (pictured below), is facing the following criminal charges from the recent incident:

  • Breaching bail conditions (reside 1400 block of Storm Bay Road).
  • Breaching bail conditions (no contact with Harley Mcleod).
  • Breaching bail conditions (not to be within 100m of where Mcleod is).
  • Breaching bail conditions (not to consume or possess unlawful drugs).

Burke is still facing criminal charges from a previous matter that has not finished working its way through court just yet, those charges are:

  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking- Other Drugs under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) X2.
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 Criminal Code of Canada.

Both accused have been held in jail until their future court date which is scheduled for Monday in Kenora.

  1. That albino wanna be with the lame haircut, has me terrified the way he’s giving the finger to the camera, and that other thing trying to lick a fly off his face, should go back to the mariachi band, because it seems a life of crime isn’t working out too good for him.
