(THUNDER BAY, ON) – A large police presence has bursted onto the scene of a south side motorcycle business.
Thunder Bay Police Service are on scene of the Harley Davidson shop on Arthur street.
A witness that was in the area told TRCCTB.COM they heard what sounded like two gunshots shortly before police swarmed the scene. A stolen white van is said to have been recovered from the location.
At least two men were seen fleeing the scene down Mountdale and police have arrested at least one of them near Naxos as they continue to search for the other one.

Police released the following info around 4:00 pm today.
A quick response by a REAL Concerned Citizen who called 911 to report break and enter was in progress at a neighbours residence in the 1900 block of John Street Road around 12:10 p.m. resulted in the eventual arrest of four males.
A white minivan with Quebec plates was reported leaving the area and heading into the city.
Plain clothed officers with the Community Services Branch observed the van on Highway 61 and began to follow it as it continued eastbound on Arthur Street.
The van pulled into the parking lot of Galaxy Lanes. Moments later multiple uniformed patrol officers arrived and the occupants of the van fled.
Officers pursued the suspects and all were taken into custody in the area.
Their immigration status is being looked into.
All four Toronto area males have been charged with:
- Break and enter
- Possession of stolen property
- Resist arrest.
They will appear in court Thursday morning.
