(THUNDER BAY, ON) – A 24-year-old Naconi Legarde appeared in a Thunder Bay bail court on Sunday, September 15th, 2019. Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Zelda Kitcheesic was presiding along with Crown Attorney Rob Kozak and a duty counsel representative.
Legarde was arrested by officers with the Thunder Bay Police Service. He was held for court and charged with the following:
- Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm x7.
- Sexual Assault.
- Forcible Confinement x5.
He has two previous criminal matters before the justice system which are still going through court. He was denied bail on Saturday and held in jail. It was decided to schedule him back into court on Monday for another shot at bail.
Today, Monday September 16th, 2019, Legarde appeared in court and was once again not granted bail.
