(DRYDEN, ON) – The Dryden Police Service has laid additional charges of Break and Enter on Bernard Able RAE, 33 years old of Sandy Lake Ontario in connection with a second residential break in to a home on Highway 17.
RAE remains in custody where he will appear in bail court in Sioux Lookout later today.
33 year old Bernard Able RAE, of Sandy Lake Ontario is in custody following a residential break and enter that occurred on Wednesday October 31, 2018 at approximately 4:30 pm.
The Dryden Police Service received a call from the complainant of a break and enter to their Highway 17 home, located near Thunder Lake Road.
When the owners arrived home they found someone had entered the home by smashing a window and removing numerous items.
Dryden Police Service Officers conducted crime scene examination and an extensive search of the Highway 17 corridor where RAE was arrested at approximately 7:32pm last night.
RAE is currently in custody and is facing charges of Break and Enter to a Dwelling, Possession of Stolen Property and four counts of failing to comply with a court orders originating out of the Thunder Bay area.
