OPP Kept Busy With Drinking and Driving Related Offences

(FORT FRANCES, ON) โ€“ Two drivers have recently been charged with impaired Driving related offences in the Fort Frances area.

Shortly after 5:30 pm on June 7, 2019 officers from the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police conducted a traffic stop in relation to a possible impaired driver.

An investigation was conducted. As a result of the investigation 35-year-old Curtis Medicine of Fort Frances was charged criminally with:

  • Operate Conveyance ย with 80 or more milligrams of alcohol in 100 ml of blood

He will appear in Fort Frances Provincial Court on June 15, 2019 at 9:30 am to answer to this charges.

Shortly after 7:00 am on June 9, 2019 officers conducted an impaired driving related investigation.ย As a result of this investigation 31-year-old Eric PERRAULT of Winnipeg, MB has been charged criminally with:

  • Operate Conveyance ย with 80 or more milligrams of alcohol in 100 ml of blood

He will appear in Fort Frances Provincial Court on July 2, 2019 at 9:30 am to answer to this charge.
