Five Pick- Up Trucks Damaged, Police Investigate

(KENORA, ON)Β Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a complaint of property damage that occurred at a business located on Highway 17 west.

On Thursday, May 9, 2019, police received a complaint of damage to five pick-up trucks in the parking lot.

The damage occurred overnight by unknown suspect(s).

The damage is estimated to be several thousand dollars.

  1. Happening in Walmart parking lot as we speak.
    Panhandler/criminal, holding cardboard sign, wearing beige and black hoody and blue jeans.
    Trying to break into vehicles between harassing people for change in the parking lot.
    Last seen outside the dollarama, with police on the way.

    My vehicle and the vehicle beside mine shows signs of attempted being pryed open.
    Followed him, he asked me for change, told him to go f**k himself..
    Then he harassed and old lady. Unfortunately she gave home money, but I stood by and watched to make sure he didn’t take her purse.

      Can’t believe that people will still give these losers money? You’d think they’d figured out the scam by now?
