(GREENSTONE, ON) – “JUSTICE” BREACHING CONDITIONS ON LONG LAKE 58
Appearing this Family Day Monday February 18,2019 via video from the Greenstone OPP Station at in Courtroom 104 is 18 year old JUSTICE DESMOULIN.
DESMOULIN was arrested by Greenstone OPP on the Long Lake 58 Indian Reserve sometime after 9:07pm (DESMOULIN’s last Facebook post). He was allegedly breaching his bail conditions by failing to remain inside his home.
Crown Attorney Van Kessel is not consenting to his release. DESMOULIN already has criminal convictions for failing to appear/comply.
DESMOULIN is told he has outstanding criminal charges from last August/September/October.
“Is that those vehicle thefts?” the accused asks.
He also has outstanding HTA charges for failing to remain at scene of accident and failing to report an accident.
DESMOULIN is heading to the Thunder Bay Jail. He’ll make a video appearance from there on Friday to try set a date for another bail hearing.
