CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
The court hears allegations that on December 6,2018 that FIDDLER drove out to Murillo and dropped off a house cat near the fire hall. The cat spent 6 days outside and suffered a great deal before being found and brought for veterinary care. Significant costs have been incurred to save the life of the cat. FIDDLER is facing a charge of willfully neglecting care for the cat. It’s alleged that FIDDLER admitted to dropping the cat off in Murillo.
FIDDLER is also alleged to have assaulted a woman 3 times between August 16,2018 and December 7,2018. Varying degrees of violent behaviour are alleged including, pushing, shoving, hitting and just general manhandling of the woman.
WENT GAMBLING AND GOT ARRESTED.
FIDDLER tells the court that he left his children with a babysitter last night to go gambling in Grand Portage, Minnesota. When he returned to Canada, he found out about the outstanding warrants for assault and cruelty to animals resulting in his arrest.
Writer’s Note: The Director of Communications for TBPS did not notify the public about any of this.
FIDDLER will be released today on bail. He has conditions to stay away from his alleged female victim. He must also surrender his P.A.L. Immediately to TBPS.
Court also hears he has firearms “stashed” on the Sandy Lake 88 Indian Reserve. He must have those surrendered to the NAPS in Sandy Lake within 48 hours.
His next appearance is Tuesday January 29,2019 in Courtroom 105 at 1:30pm for first appearance.
Writer’s Note: It is not known at this point if JOSIAS is related to Grand Chief Alvin Fiddler.
As usual, the Director of Communications at TBPS is not communicating any of this to the public. And, as usual, local taxpayer subsidized media refuse to report these allegations of violence and cruelty to the tax paying public.
