(THUNDER BAY, ON) – TORONTO DRUG GANGSTER ARRESTED IN THUNDER BAY SOCIAL SERVICES HOUSING WITH LOCAL WOMAN.
GANGSTER WANTS TO BE RELEASED TO ATTEND FUNERAL AND A BIRTHDAY
ANOTHER GOOD JOB BY TBPS OFFICERS
Appearing by video from TBPS Balmoral Station this morning Tuesday March 12,2019 in Bail Courtroom 104 are 23 year old DANIEL EZEKIEL GYAN of Toronto and 47 year old BARBARA ROSE O’KEESE.
Her Worship, Justice of the Peace Denette Maslach is presiding. Provincial Crown Tamara Fairchild is here along with Lianne Roberge.
First up is DANIEL EZEKIEL GYAN. He is a very dark skinned black man wearing a hoodie with ‘CANADA’ on the front. He has long micro braided hair.
The Crown is not consenting to GYAN’s release. GYAN tells the court “ I’m consenting to my release. I have a funeral to go to this weekend and my little sister’s birthday next week. It would break my heart not to go”.
There is no available opportunity for a Bail Hearing this week. GYAN wants to acquire the services of very talented local lawyer John De Bakker.
GYAN is heading to the Thunder Bay Jail. Inside Edition sources indicate that GYAN has numerous ties to other gangsters in the jail.
His current charges are:
- Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking.
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.
- Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling
GYAN HAS A PREVIOUS CRIMINAL RECORD FOR DRUGS
Up next is BARBARA ROSE O’KEESE. She is a smaller woman. Her lawyer Gil Labine is not present but has left instructions through Duty Counsel. She also has outstanding drug trafficking X 2 and proceeds of crime charges prior to yesterday’s allegations. She is heading to the Correctional Center She will appear in person on Friday in Bail Court.
Her new extra charges are:
- Possession of Cocaine for Purpose of Trafficking.
- Obstruct Peace Officer by giving false name of ‘BRENDA SCOTT’.
- Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling.
- Failing to Comply with Recognizance.
- 2 previous drug trafficking charges.
Both individuals are ordered not to contact several Toronto gangsters.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers were called to the 277 Pearl Street around 3 p.m. Monday to investigate reports of suspicious activity in an apartment unit believed to be vacant.
When officers arrived they located a male and female inside the unit. The investigation revealed the apartment unit was vacant and the two individuals inside were not lawfully in the dwelling.
While officers were inside the apartment they observed paraphernalia and alleged narcotics
