(THUNDER BAY, ON) – A north-side collison has interrupted at least a few peoples evening, and possibly sent some insurances payments rising as two vehicles traded paint near the cemetery on Oliver road.
The collision occurred shortly before 10:00 pm this evening, and nobody seemed injured from the collision. Airbags were visibly deployed from at least one of the vehicles.
Thunder Bay Fire Rescue’s Pumper 2 crew was deployed to the scene, along with two Superior North EMS ambulances and at least 2 Thunder Bay Police cruisers.
The SUV was up on over the curb and looked as if it either stopped mere inches from the fence of the cemetery, or had just lightly touched it, a love tap, if you will.
The second vehicle was on Oliver, facing west in the westbound lane.
Everyone at the scene seemed to be walking around and talking, so no life threatening injuries are expected as a result of this incident. More photos below this advertisement:
