Officers were able to locate the suspect, who was attempting to hide underneath a vehicle.

  1. Maybe he was trying to get things that belong to him. My sons vehicle was towed to Gary’s after being stolen and after waiting to hear from insurance we did not have the money to get it out. I went there and asked if I could get my jack out of the vehicle and was told no not until the bill was paid. I call that stealing. Why can’t they tow it to the police station like they used to do. He not only lost a good vehicle but all that was in it.
